SENIOR INVESTMENT SALES ADVISOR
SIG Provides Its Brokers With:
Support to leverage our best asset: As our brokers take on leadership roles and increase their production, we build a business around them to foster continued success.
The tools needed to effectively build their business, including comprehensive access to all the best industry resources and back-office support.
Successful Candidates Will:
Have a desire to coach, manage, and mentor a team of junior brokers.
Have at least 3 years of experience in Investment Sales with a proven track record.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee all cycles of your deal pipeline. Including but not limited to: leads, proposals, listings, marketing, offers, PSAs, due diligence, escrow, and closings.
Interface with clients clearly and effectively via phone calls, in-person meetings and email.
INVESTMENT SALES ADVISOR
SIG Provides Its Brokers With:
Coaching and mentoring opportunities: Our seasoned leaders help our brokers to push through obstacles hindering growth and specialize in a product type.
Support to leverage our best asset: As our brokers take on leadership roles and increase their production, we build a business around them to foster continued success.
Successful Candidates Will:
Be forward-thinking and entrepreneurial-minded experts in problem solving and negotiations with a knack for winning over clients.
Have a team oriented mindset.
Collaborate with other brokers and support staff to ensure success across all levels of the business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Update and maintain contacts and call notes in CRM weekly.
Make an agreed upon number of lead-generating calls per week, as determined by the Managing Director.
JUNIOR INVESTMENT SALES ADVISOR
Will Support the Team by Mastering the Following:
Use proprietary and industry systems and resources to find and validate property owners, research competitors, and identify new leads and projects.
Research SIG's active inventory and contact/pitch properties to potential buyers.
Assist with Proposals or Broker Opinion of Value (BOVs) and pull comps on deals.
Update and maintain company CRM/shared database.

CAPITAL MARKETS ASSOCIATE
SIG Provides its Capital Markets Associate with:
Strong mentorship from experienced debt professionals specializing in securing financing for commercial real estate assets.
SIG’s Capital Markets team has a well-established network of commercial real estate lenders, including community and regional banks, credit unions, life insurance companies, private funds, and CMBS conduits.
Successful Candidates Will:
Identify and cultivate relationships with real estate advisors, brokers, sponsors, and developers that can lead to capital advisory opportunities.
Manage the full deal cycle from outreach to closure, ensuring the quality of client deliverables and capital requests, with support from leadership as needed.
Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in both written and verbal communication.
